7 Natural Solutions That Will Have You Thriving Through the Holidays

It’s easy to have a love-hate relationship with the holidays (sad, but true). During the stretch from Thanksgiving to the eve of December 31st, it’s a beautiful season full of friends, family, and get-togethers, but lack of sleep, one too many eggnogs, overindulgent meals, and a too-long stay at the in-laws can shift our focus from celebration to simply trying to cope.

From headaches to bellyaches, my clients have given me the full scoop on their most concerning ailments they experience throughout the ‘hap-hap-iest season of all’. Sweet treats and rich meals can be landmines for health-conscious people, yet no one wants to feel deprived, nor should they have to. We are human, after all. Social celebration with food and drink is equally as nourishing to your soul as that kale salad you had for lunch last week.
