Q: Where are you located?
A: Although I work out of many different locations in Portland, Maine, my primary office is virtual. I conduct virtual consultations and online programs so you can work with me from anywhere around the world, and from the privacy of your own home or office. (If you’d prefer to have an in-person consultation, we may be able to arrange that.)
Q: How do virtual appointments and online programs work?
A: Virtual sessions and online programs take place over the phone or via an online face-to-face video session anywhere you have phone service or internet connection.

Q: What if I need to change my appointment?
A: Please reschedule or cancel any appointment with 24-hours notice. Rescheduled or canceled appointments with less than 24-hours notice will be billed in full.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Weekdays, by appointment only.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: At this time insurance companies do not cover preventive care like holistic nutrition coaching. You may be able to pay with your Health Savings Account (HSA) or submit your receipt to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement (policy-dependent).
Q: Which forms of payment do you take?
A: Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service.
Q: Do sessions expire?
A: There is a 90-day expiration on all pre-paid sessions unless otherwise specified. All services, online programs and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
