As a holistic nutritionist with over 15 years of clinical experience and scientific research, I meet people every day who struggle with their health because they lack a personal approach that meets their individual needs, or they try to follow a plan that's not designed for them.

The core of my one-on-one nutrition coaching is an 8-week program, long enough to start seeing the impact of small, sustainable changes, and begin to learn how to decode the messages your body is sending you.

Common needs for nutrition coaching include: weight management, disease prevention, fertility, pregnancy, menopause, hormone imbalances, low energy, brain fog, depression, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, inflammation, IBS, bloating, constipation, low-immunity, emotional eating, and sports and fitness performance.

In 8 weeks, we will co-create a personalized plan that will help you restore your health, feel radiant in your body, connect with food as medicine, and build a lifestyle you truly love. We will work together to develop customized dietary, supplemental, and lifestyle strategies based on your bio-individual needs and personal goals.

One-on-One 8-Week Coaching Package includes:

  • (1) 60-minute initial assessment and consultation

  • (3) 45-minute bi-weekly follow up sessions

  • $200 supplement credit (formulations to be determined based on your unique needs)

  • Unlimited email access, so we can troubleshoot together between calls

  • Resources as needed, including recipes, worksheets and tools to accelerate your wellness

How it works:

I work with clients virtually by phone or face-to-face teleconference so you can work with me flexibly, comfortably, and remotely no matter where you live or how busy your schedule gets. It gives you the opportunity to access our sessions from your office, car, the grocery store, a coffee shop, out for a walk, or cozied up on the couch.

After you enroll, you will be emailed an online intake form. Upon review, I will contact you to schedule your initial consultation. Together, we will begin formulating bite-sized action steps that are simple to apply, enjoyable to practice, and will fit into your busy schedule. We will develop customized strategies that you can implement in a step-by-step process without complicated systems or rules to follow.
