Chelsea holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition, and an Associate’s Degree in Dietetic Technology. She is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (CHHP) and a professional member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
Chelsea has more than 15 years of diverse experience in the fields of clinical and holistic nutrition, along with clinical internships and research including a co-authored peer-reviewed publication in Oxford’s Academic Advances in Nutrition: Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of a 7-Day Cleanse Program: A Pilot Study. She has worked with a wide variety of clients with a focus on endocrine health, detoxification, supplementation, and mind-body wellness.
Driven to help women better understand the complexities of their bodies, Chelsea has spent the greater part of her career exploring the impact of hormones on overall health and how to correct biochemical and nutritional imbalances. With a knack for taking complicated information and delivering it in a way that is easy to digest, Chelsea’s messages pull from her unique holistic approach that embrace the interplay between nutrition, bio-individuality, and mindset.
In 2010, Chelsea established Nutrition Simplified to educate others on a holistic ‘non-diet’ approach to healthy living. Through NS, she empowers individuals to become the driver of their wellbeing through her online resources, live events, and nutritional products.
