Healthy Hot Cacao

 

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups oat milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • ¼ Tbsp. vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 Tbsp. collagen powder

Instructions:

  1. Warm the oat milk on the stove over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk to combine.

  3. Continue whisking over heat for another 1-2 minutes and serve immediately.
