Morning Detox Tonic

 

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ tsp. freshly grated ginger root

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1-2 Tbsp. purified water

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass, stir and enjoy.

  2. To save time, batch prep 5-7x the recipe in a large mason jar, cover with an airtight lid, and store in refrigerator.
