Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

 

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 serving plant protein powder

  • 1 cup wild bluerries, frozen

  • 1” knob ginger

  • 1 pitted date

  • 2 tsp. ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp. hemp seeds

  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower (or ½ cup ice)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. 

  2. Blend until creamy.

  3. Pour and enjoy.
