Blueberry Ginger Smoothie
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup plant-based milk
1 serving plant protein powder
1 cup wild bluerries, frozen
1” knob ginger
1 pitted date
2 tsp. ground flaxseed
1 tsp. hemp seeds
½ cup frozen cauliflower (or ½ cup ice)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend until creamy.
Pour and enjoy.
