Matcha Mint Smoothie
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
1 serving plant protein powder
1 cup spinach (or 1 scoop greens powder)
1 banana, frozen
3 sprigs mint leaves (or 1 drop mint extract)
1 tsp. matcha powder
½ cup ice
Optional: hemp seeds for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend until creamy.
Pour and enjoy.
