Coconutty Fudgesicles
Yield: 6 popsicles
Ingredients:
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1 ¼ cup milk alternative like almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
3 scoops plant protein powder
3 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter, or raw almond butter
1 pinch sea salt
Optional: 3 Tbsp. raw honey or pure maple syrup
Directions:
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze for at lest 6 hours, or overnight.
