Have you ever wondered if your low energy might be linked to a B vitamin deficiency? Or questioned whether your antioxidant levels are the real culprit of your gut issues? What about your magnesium levels—are they where they should be for hormone regulation? And are your Vitamin D levels optimized for immune function?
Even if you eat a balanced diet, nutrient deficiencies can still affect you and may be the reason you're feeling less than your best. The good news is our cells contain this vital information and it is a language we can translate to get to the root of your symptoms.
Explore your health concerns and navigate your dietary and lifestyle habits with the support of a nutritionist by your side.

Receive personalized supplement suggestions tailored to your specific nutrient needs.
Rooted in our philosophy of ‘test, don’t guess’, we use functional lab testing to gain a complete picture of your unique nutritional profile. Based on the results of your bloodwork, we assist you in correcting nutritional imbalances and optimizing your nutrient levels through a combination of foods, supplements, and lifestyle strategies.
We’ll start with a 50-minute initial consultation for a thorough review of your health history, dietary habits, and wellness goals. During this time, we will also submit a lab order for your bloodwork to gain the most complete insight of your long-term nutritional profile.
*We’ll point you to your nearest phlebotomist for this blood draw. The Micronutrient panel measures your cellular levels of 40+ vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, antioxidants, and metabolites over the past 4-6 months.
Once your lab results are ready, we will meet for a 50 minute session to review the findings.
Based off a combination of clinical assessment and lab results, we will provide you with tailored recommendations for food, supplements and lifestyle strategies that align with your unique needs.
Nutrient repletion takes time; we recommend dedicating at least 4 months to your wellness plan before re-testing your nutrient levels.
*Our 3 and 6 month packages include follow-up lab tests and 1:1 sessions to provide you with the most comprehensive support.
*Labs and supplements are not included.

Studies show 9 out of 10 Americans suffer from at least one vitamin or mineral deficiency. Even if you eat perfectly 100% of the time, (and who’s perfect?!) nutrient deficiencies can still affect you due to factors that inhibit nutrient absorption or deplete levels, like stress, medication, diet, caffeine, alcohol and even exercise.
Our functional nutrition consulting could be right for you if…
You feel “off” - You know your body better than anyone else. If you’re continually feeling ‘off’ or vexed with symptoms and can't figure out why, comprehensive lab work could uncover the root cause and help you feel like yourself again.
You feel stuck - What worked so well for you before has stopped and no matter what you do, you feel like your body is working against you. A functional nutritionist can help you detect the blindspots and regain your footing toward your goals.
You’re sick of quick-fixes - You want to break free from food trends and fad diets, and address the unique needs of your body for lasting results.
