Our comprehensive 1:1 nutrition program combines micronutrient blood testing with science-backed nutritional therapies, designed to restore the precise nutrients you need to thrive.
Even if you eat a balanced diet, nutrient deficiencies can still affect you and may be the reason you're feeling less than your best. Many of the commonly accepted causes of disease—inflammation, gut health, genetics—are really manifestations of micronutrient deficiency.
The good news is our cells contain this vital information and it is a language we can translate to get to the root of your symptoms.
You'll start with a micronutrient blood test so we can gain the most complete insight of your nutritional profile. Based on your lab results, your wellness plan will focus on correcting underlying nutritional imbalances and restoring the precise nutrients your body needs to thrive.
Prior to your Initial Consultation, we will invite you to our client portal and have you complete a questionnaire, covering your health history, lifestyle, and goals.
Your Initial Consultation will be 50-minutes long, held via Telehealth or in-person at our office in Portland Maine. We will take time to learn about your health history and dietary habits.
We will then submit a lab order for your Micronutrient Panel. *We’ll point you to your nearest phlebotomist for this blood draw. Fasting is not required, and the draw fee typically ranges from $35-$65.
Once your lab results are in, we will meet for a 50-minute Lab Review Session to provide an in-depth interpretation of your lab results, a comprehensive assessment of your functional levels of 31 vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, antioxidants, and metabolites over the past 4-6 months.
Based on your lab results, we will build your wellness plan and collaborate with you on what needs to be addressed to ensure your plan is tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.
Your wellness plan will focus on the root causes of micronutrient imbalance and guide you on the specific foods, supplements, and lifestyle strategies that can support your current needs.
Nutrient repletion takes time so we recommend dedicating at least 4 months to your wellness plan.
Our 4 and 8 month packages include regular bi-weekly sessions and follow-up blood tests to track progress and refine your program.

Studies show 9 out of 10 Americans suffer from at least one vitamin or mineral deficiency. Even if you eat perfectly 100% of the time, (and who’s perfect?!) nutrient deficiencies can still affect you due to lifestyle factors that inhibit nutrient absorption like stress, medication, diet, caffeine, alcohol and even exercise.
Replete Method™ could be right for you if…
You feel “off” - You know your body better than anyone else. If you’re continually feeling ‘off’ or vexed with symptoms and can't figure out why, comprehensive lab work could uncover the root cause and help you feel like yourself again.
You feel stuck - What worked so well for you before has stopped and no matter what you do, you feel like your body is working against you. A functional nutritionist can help you detect the blindspots and regain your footing toward your goals.
You’re sick of quick-fixes - You want to break free from food trends and fad diets, and address the unique needs of your body with a customized wellness plan and personalized supplement protocol that’s designed specifically for you for lasting results.
The Micronutrient panel measures the functional levels of 31 vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, antioxidants, and metabolites in your white blood cells. This is a long-term assessment of micronutrient status and cellular function over a period of 4-6 months, providing the most comprehensive analysis of your nutrient profile.
This test can help identify any nutritional deficiencies or cellular dysfunction affecting your health. Results offer insights into your unique nutrient status in the following areas:
VITAMINS & MINERALS: Discover your body's unique vitamin and mineral requirements and the disparities that exist within your makeup.
ENERGY, FAT & METABOLISM: Know how well your body is metabolizing micronutrients for energy production.
AMINO ACIDS: Learn how well your amino acids, the building block of protein, are functioning within your cells.
ANTIOXIDANT STATUS & IMMUNE FUNCTION: Understand your body's ability to manage oxidative stress and your immune response to infections and disease.
Everybody and every body is different, but the most common feedback we hear form our clients is:
∙ Having all-day energy and sharpened clarity.
∙ Waking refreshed and feeling more rested.
∙ Improved digestion and reduced GI distress/bloat.
∙ Reduced cravings for sugar, caffeine, and fats.
∙ Reduced inflammation, aches, and pains.
∙ Stronger immunity/less frequency of illness.

∙ Feeling more balanced, regulated, and aware.
∙ A better understanding and confidence of personal nutrient needs.
