No-Bake Protein Brownies
Yield: ~16 pieces
Ingredients:
- ½ cup plant protein powder 
- 1 mashed ripe banana 
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter 
- ¼ cup cacao powder 
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts or almonds 
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract 
- 1 dash cinnamon 
- 1 pinch sea salt 
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside. 
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well until there are no lumps in the mixture. 
- Using a spatula, press this chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan and create an even layer. 
- Refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours until the brownies set. 
- Cut into small pieces and enjoy!
