No-Bake Protein Brownies
Yield: ~16 pieces
Ingredients:
½ cup plant protein powder
1 mashed ripe banana
½ cup smooth peanut butter
¼ cup cacao powder
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts or almonds
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well until there are no lumps in the mixture.
Using a spatula, press this chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan and create an even layer.
Refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours until the brownies set.
Cut into small pieces and enjoy!
