Collagen Chai Latte
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
2 chai tea bags, caffeinated or decaffeinated
1 cup water
1 cup milk of choice
1 serving collagen powder
1 Tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup
Cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish, if desired
Directions:
In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil then turn off burner. Add tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes.
Stir in the milk, collagen, and honey. Turn the heat to medium-low and warm to your preferred temperature.
Transfer to a mug and serve topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
