Collagen Chai Latte

 

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 chai tea bags, caffeinated or decaffeinated

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 serving collagen powder

  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup

  • Cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish, if desired

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil then turn off burner. Add tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Stir in the milk, collagen, and honey. Turn the heat to medium-low and warm to your preferred temperature.

  3. Transfer to a mug and serve topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
