Maple Berry Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 serving plant protein powder

  • 1 cup mixed berries, frozen

  • 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or ¼ tsp. maple extract)

  • 1 Tbsp. nut butter

  • 1 dash cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. 

  2. Blend until creamy.

  3. Pour and enjoy.
