No-Bake Fat Bombs

 

Yield: 20 servings

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut oil, unrefined

  • ½ cup cacao powder

  • 2 Tbsp. coconut or cashew butter

  • Optional: 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or honey

  • ¼ cup raw almonds, whole or slivered

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder, coconut or cashew butter, and maple syrup or honey (if using), until smooth.

  2. Stir in the almonds.

  3. With a spatula, pour the mixture into a parchment-lined sheet pan.

  4. Sprinkle salt on top.

  5. Freeze for 10 minutes or until firm.

  6. Break into chunks and enjoy!

    *Store in the fridge or freezer so it doesn’t melt.
